More and more these days, you as salespeople are having to deal with an invisible audience. A potential customer might like a car on your forecourt but they don't want to reveal too much, hence e-mails without phone numbers.

 

Those essential skills you have worked hard in developing over your career which include commitment, positive attitude, enthusiasm, product Knowledge, you have always been able to rely on whilst approaching a potential customer.

 

Now, imagine trying to best utilise your skills to close in on a deal, however, you cannot see and fully interact with the person you are trying to sell the car to. Sounds hard right?
